Weapons: A knife. Ingrained with elvish magic that allows him to cut through space to easily traverse between Midgard and Alfhiem, the hidden land of the elves.
Powers: Knowledge of runic magic that has offensive, defensive, and utilitarian abilities. Examples include conjuring fire, resistance, concealment, and reinforcement. His mask is imbued with a magic that would make his face difficult to distinguish in a crowd, though has little effect the less people surrounding him. Influence on plants and natural formations, like willing grass to grow faster or to subtly alter terrain in minor ways. When coming across a natural obstacle, the ability to traverse through them appears to come by easier to him than a regular mortal.
Personality
A calm, suave smooth talker. Being half elf, he has an otherworldly air and beauty that lures others towards his looks. This is used to his advantage and thus, likes to maintain his appearance. If he has a goal he needs to reach, underhanded methods wouldn't be out of the question. He may take risks but when push comes to shove, self preservation becomes a priority.
Background & Current Story
Josef has always known he was different. Compared to the other Huldufólk, he wasn't as tall or sturdy, his magic not as potent, and his blond hair stood out against the sea of darker shades. His mother and other elves weren't soft on bringing up his own shortcomings that his half human blood brought to him. An elf that struggled with listening to nature was always a concern, but he persevered to show them all. Even with the stigmas, his mother also saw it important to meet with other humans and would regularly visit small Icelandic towns. Having this little taste only left Josef even more curious about the larger Midgardian world. Once of age, he sought to travel to Germany, the home country of his father to learn more. What he didn't anticipate were two demigods and their band making his visit a lot more interesting. (more TBA)
