Sorual

Backstory: Sorual was born in Filia.  He never knew his mother.  His dad told him that he though she died in childbirth but he wasn't sure.  His father is a bizarre boddy hopping entity who was in possession of a human body at the time Sorual was conceived.  His dad had named him Sorbutt and still called him such even though his adoptive parents refused to call him something like that and named him Sorual instead.  Victoly came by Filia sporadically, bringing Sorual gifts and trinkets from far away places.  Sorual developed a thirst for these things and delved into books to learn as much as he could about the world around him.  He took up archery as most young elves were apt to do.  He never could pull off magic like most young elves.  His half blood seemed to hinder him from using any type efficiently.  He made friends with Portia and grew to see her as a sister.  Victoly was a man of insane science who frequently performed social experiments and otherwise on his children whenever he visited. Rua was born by a different mother when Sorual was 9, and Sor couldn't be happier that he had something new to occupy his time and distract him from his wanderlust. When his father had brought him a map, a bow, and an ostrich one day, Sorual took the gifts excitedly and began his dream of exploration.  Eventually he bid farewell to Filia and to Ruaana and Portia promising he would return for visits.  He traveled far across Iria until be reached the could desert wasteland of Physis.  He knew of the giants of Vales and thought himself dead when he unintentionally ventured too close to Vales during a snowstorm.  He was knocked out and woke up in a large house with a giant looming over him.  He panicked initially but when it was clear that the giant meant him no harm the two talked and forged a friendship.  Adoril left his home to accompany Sorual on his journey. Sorual made many other friends in his travels and continues to do so.
