02 — Personality
As a result of his upbringing, she's a bit of an oddball. She's rather formal and talks unneccessarily eloquently, though considering her poor understanding of slang it's for the better. She spent most of her life with a practically all-knowing being so she quickly gets frustrated with people who don't understand her off the bat, and in the same manner she finds it challenging to understand other people. She finds learning about other people (and things in general) highly enjoyable and talks with everybody he can.

03 — Background
Vein was orphaned as an infant due to an accident and quickly adopted by Vid, an angel. His childhood was pretty unconventional for a number of reasons, though the biggest influence on his life being he had only met another human being once he left for college at 18. Up until then, he had exclusively observed people from history books, or the TV, or any other form of media he got his hands on. It wasn't as though the option wasn't available to see other people, Vid would gladly oblige if that was what Vein wanted, but the thought never seriously occured to either of them.
