Personality - Klepto is incredibly impulsive and violent. He will randomly lash out, and constantly harass other Phobias. He loves to piss people off in general. One of his favorite "games" is taking objects from others, and having them try to get it back. It is easy for him to get bored with Phobias if they "aren't entertaining" or "beneficial" to him. When something doesn't go his way, he will go beyond his own morality to get it, even if he has to cause harm. 

Often times he is so caught up in his anxieties that he assumes that everyone he meets is out to hurt him. Because of this irrational fear, he is usually constantly on the move and never stays in the same place twice.  He lives carelessly, most often times getting hurt because of his own stupidity. It seems that wherever he goes, devastation follows in his wake...

Appearance/Description -

• Main - Klepto is a short, grayish-brown skilled Phobia. He has two darker colored horns that protrude out of his head, and through the dark gray hood he wears over his head. The only facial features visible are his cheeks, nose, mouth, and chin. The hood comes down to his chest, where he has a thin rope necklace. On the necklace are keychains with several keys on them. He wears a green jacket, with faded gold buttons. Underneath is a red plaid shirt with tears and holes at the bottom. His pants are a dark red with lighter worn down parts, and tears at the bottom. He has large sharp claws that are the same color as his horns. Underneath his hood, he has a handsome face with a large scar on his right eye. His remaining eye is bright and orange. He has small fluffy ears as well. His mouth is full of sharp teeth, and his tongue is pierced.

Abilities -

• Bitch Assery - he is a bitch ass
• Shadow Cloak- Klepto can mold his body into a shadow, and hide within other shadows. He will hop out of them, and steal from/scare humans/Phobias. 
• Agility- Klepto is very agile. He can jump from rooftop to rooftop, and easily evade attacks. His attacks are not very strong, but he can strike quick and often.
• Dead Silence - Klepto can go completely silent, and his form won't make any noise at all.
