Etcetera

Etcetera, originally named Elijah Tamer, was an intern at the "organization" who were leading the Virgo Galaxy experiments. during VC-1487's excape, it was up to him to refix the mini universe room that VC-1487 was kept in. When he walked into the room, the laws of physics were warped to such a degree that it caused his body to transform into an other-worldly being. He is now accepted as a demi-god of sorts among the other heaven cats since he is too dangerous to just be let run free but also too weak to be considered among their ranks.
