he handles being 'cursed' well... it was supposed to be a deity curse but he's just too aggressively optimistic that his paladin status has washed away a lot of the 'cons' in this arrangement. he works under the deity that deigned to torture him, mostly because the skillset he gained is far better than anything he could do pre-worship lols. 

personality blips: cheery, go-with-the-flow (outside of his paladin duties), cautious toward others intentions/motivations BUT lowkey about his research in such things, actually quite street smart but comes off a bit ditzy, despite anyone's status will find a way to punch them up into something greater even if he truly knows better. basically, he's a sweetie... a thoughtful sweetie
