Megan Bethany

Originally had two eyes, but an accident nearly destroyed the whole front of her face.  A kind biological humanoid restored her face and gave her golden hair.  She was factory new, state of the art, but an accident at the factory destroyed almost the whole facility except for a few humanoids and androids.  It was all over the news briefly and then quickly covered up so the company could continue to create androids for cheap.
