Leia is a winged wolf-dog. At the age ten her mother died. Around the time her mother died, vines and beautiful flowers began to grow from her fur.  About a year after her mother died, she got in a huge fight with her father. He considered Leia a mistake and a freak. He was always very abusive and never cared about her. She since left him and discovered a hallow tree where she now lives.

Leia‘s vines grow with her emotions. If she’s happy/content they remain they grow at a slow pace. If her emotions are out of control and she’s angry/upset they grow at a rapid pace and tend to grow thorns that can potentially harm her.
