About

Cornelius is a strange thing truly, him being half demon makes him look questionable with his actions and appearence. However, he truly is the sweetest boy, and that is because of his partner, Calix. Calix is the only one who accepted him for who he was and to adapt to his habits, but also teach him how to make those habits better for himself and his surroundings. Calix's acceptance changed Cornelius's whole perspective of the world and that he can control his demonic intentions and live civil with his other half.

Appearance

The Hot Head is a deep red chestnut paint with two horns down the middle of his face and two horns on each side of his shoulder; one big and the other relatively small. He also possesses four scales on his mane that are smaller towards the forelock and then gradually gets bigger towards the withers. These red horns and scales stay red and solid; however, when Cornelius gets mad and loses his temper, the horns and scales cracks and lava flows out of it. The cracks then crack within his skin and bones, his blood turns into lava and flows out of him. Cornelius stands at 17 hands and he has a white forelock and tail but a dark black mane. His eyes are a beautiful jade green.

Extra

When Cornelius loses his temper, lava flows out of his horns and scales, it burns himself, but his demonic genes subside the pain until he goes back to his original calm state. His blood turning into lava when Neil is in his temper state makes him lose a large amount of blood each time. The cracks begin in the horns and scales depending on his range of temper. If it is minimal the cracks will stay minimal. However, if it is abnormally large temper, the cracks will break through his skin and his lava blood will pour out of him. His own body harms him and his partner, Calix, wanted to fix it. His goal was to help Cornelius learn to control himself and stay calm.

Backstory

Cornelius doesn't know his past life nor his childhood. He was part demon so he was sent back to earth to suffer for eternity because of his actions in his past life. Without knowing what he did, he saw it as unnecessary torture unless he knows what eh did wrong. The voices in his head buzzed day and night, no rest, no peace. It was his consequence he kept telling himself, but he knows he doesn't deserve it. He was a wreck, causing chaos and pain for himself and others. But when Calix came into his life, the voices lessened, peace came, happiness came. Calix and him are tied close and his presence helps him more than any other methods he has tried in order to block out the voices. Calix's presence and voice itself made all his pain and voices disappear. With that, he knew he had to stay with Calix until it was his time. He grew mentally and physically with Calix and his happiness is neverending.
