Boulder is extroverted, pessimistic, and intelligent. To most, she is is uncaring and inconsiderate. Inwardly, Boulder acts strategically and is more guided by her head than by her heart. She is highly religious, power-hungry, and ominous. She is very cunning and eloquent in speech, but she mostly uses her sweet words with Hepling, as Bulwrinkle is typically the one to do speeches and rally the dogs. Many dogs are afraid of her. Boulder is assertive, unafraid to insert herself in conversations and barge her way into a room. Boulder has the title of Executive and is the right-hand woman of Hepling. She was chosen for the job because of her fierce and unwavering ideals. She trusts Hepling greatly and is happy to have a position of power, but still craves more.
