Bulwrinkle values loyalty. He will always support whatever helps Hepling the most, even if it harms others in the Canis Yorks. At his core, Bulwrinke is very unsure of himself and his decisions. He was chosen to be Executive because Hepling recognized his loyalty and charisma. Bulwrinkle was easily molded to be a perfect spokesperson for Hepling, and uses his charisma to gain support for the higher ups in the Canis Yorks. Hepling constantly compliments Bulwrinkle and reassures him that he is doing the right thing, making Bulwrinkle feel like he depends on Hepling and craving the reassurance.
