Euxia realized xi was queer while in middle school, and instead of coming out irl, xi started dressing feminine and pretending to be a girl online (i say pretending bc xi is actually nonbinary, trans girls are real girls ofc). Xi ended up expressing the more masculine aspects of xir gender in real life, and the feminine aspects online.
In college, when xi moves away from home, xi begin to live fulltime as nonbinary in real life to xir peers and teachers, while still being closeted at home. Xi also still does videos online as a woman, as the considerable following makes good money.
