Roderick Von Hoeffer is a Bundeswehr Heer Veteran, and part of the [CORE] which was born as a German noble to a family of Hoeffer, which it's estates located in Hamburg, Germany. During the start of the World War III and at the age of 8, young Rock (Roderick) together with his father was forcefully taken by The Revelations to Serbia concentration camp, where he was trained to be one of their soldiers. Rock spent his teenage age being a soldier unwillingly which lead him to befriend his fellow comrade, Levanc and Alastor. He is well known to have the most well built body, strength, and excels in shooting combat
Due to "Operation Exodus" an escaped route that he an the others made, he managed to freed dozens of children but himself. Rock was punished for it and his soldier's privilege was taken, resulting in him being distinguished among the other "pure" soldiers. After years of war traumas and failed escape attempts, Rock met Rikka inside the base and the two of them escaped together, bonding a partner relationship even after the war ended. The two won The World War III for a price. 2 years later, now, Rock is currently working in H.Y.E.N.A. dealing with children trafficking that has connections with The Revelations.

Personality · · ·
Rock is well known for being hotheaded and foul mouthed towards everyone whether its friends or foes, he's hot-tempered and is able to snap at any who triggered his wrath. This come with his honesty, which tends to be cruel and brutal, Rock is always straightfoward and says things as they are, not afraid of coming off as rude. That aside, Rock is very loyal to people that he considered friends, such as Levanc, Alastor and Rikka. What he seek the most in this world is simply justice, he don't go by the rules, yet he follows truth, and forever defending people in need.
HOnesty & loyal
Rock hardly lies as he found it hard to do so, he tends to be straightfoward and brutally honest as he avoid sugar coating the bitter truth, but when he knows the truth is too much for someone to handle, Rock tends to stay silent. Another traits that he have is being loyal to the people he trust, no matter how pissed he is with a certain person, as long as they're a comrade, he'd stand by their side. His loyalty can often be seen through his actions towards Rikka
Bravery & DETERMINED
Growing up and trained as a soldier, Rock was always lived amongst danger and enemies, although he's deeply troubled from several wars and the death of his friends, he always managed at the end, using his bitter experience as a power to keep walking, slowly facing his fears one by one, changing it into bravery. He's always lived by his goals and is extremely dedicated to seek peace for humanity. He's not afraid to take risk, thrive on, or even sacrifice
Hot tempered & impatient
Rock can rarely seen smiling and have a foul face most of the time, he doesn't show his expressions much unless it's genuine, his anger for example. Rock can become angry very easily and is irritated with a lot of things that he found annoying, especially when it comes about time. He's well known to be time efficient and doesn't tolerate "late" or "slow" he'd be annoyed if he have to wait too long for something, and tends to do everything quick and tidy
rough & Foul mouthed
Although Rock is able to act gentle and humble, there's no hiding that he enjoys being violent to people that annoys him. He is often rudely vulgar even when he's not irritated. He tends to swears, or even yell when he's with his friends, not caring coming off as rude. Obviously he knows when to hold his rough mouth, but if anyone dares trigger him, then you'll hear a whole dictionary of bad words

Thanks to Rikka, Rock flee Serbia concentration camp, survived several wars, and also winning peace. It is clear that Rock highly cherish, adore, and support Rikka in all of her best and worst. However he's having trouble on telling her his true feelings due to her lack of knowledge and decided to wait until she is ready to understand

Rock had a strong love-hate relationship with Levanc, one side respecting him as a comrade, and one side hating him as a human being, both argue a lot yet both always made up and forgive each other. Despite his hate, Rock's loyalty to Levanc as a comrade and sometimes as a sidekick is genuine
Levanc and Alastor both meth Rock when they were little in Serbia concentration camp and Rock is irritated by him in a lot of ways. Now however according to Rock, Alastor might not be heroic as a soldier, but he fancy the way Alastor priotize his family, and often consul to him when he's having a problem.

Rock met Signe during one of his mission in H.Y.E.N.A. and surprisingly bumped into her again for several times in other occasion. He considered her as his co-worker and their relationship is profesional.
