Leavitt De Vanc is a Royal Air Force veteran, and also a part of France's most renowned family, The Vanc Family. Notably known for it's each member that naturally born with blonde, white-ish hair, and other than that, they are famed for being an entertainment family through the generations. Despite having endless money and fame, Levanc (Leavitt) despise his father intention of forcing him to be a violinist. At such young age Levanc was considered as a genius kid, having awareness rate higher than adults, and the ability to "read" personalities.
When he was 10y.o. Levanc alongside with the other children was forcefully taken by The Revelations to their biggest concentration camp in Serbia, there he was forced to study military and be a part of Revelations' soldier. Due to "Operation Exodus" an escaped route that he made and managed to freed dozens of children, Levanc was punished to be transferred to the Air Force. He then manage to stay alive through several wars, until when it comes to freedom, he was appointed as a part of Britain's Royal Air Force, but decided to leave his warlife, and continue his own interest. Now he's currently working in both VNC and H.Y.E.N.A. secretly investigating the possible continuations of The Revelations.

People considered Levanc as a charming man with good sense of Leadership, which is true, but little do they know that he's actually a skeptical, cunning guy with tactics and brilliant mind. To Levanc, comrades and solidarity stands above all, he kept his circle small and as private as he can, only accepting people that he found trustful, and useful both for him and for them. He do not wish to interact further than a small-talk if you're not written in one of his "list". However, if you do gain his trust and friendship, then Levanc would be the most supporting friend someone can have, he claimed that there's always a room in his hetic working schedule to listen for a comrade's problem.
LEADERSHIP & RESPONSIBLE
Levanc is well known for his remarkable ability to lead a group from small to big, or even an entire battalion itself. During war, his part were always to be the leader and the brain of the team, responsible to make significant decisions, and tactics. He'd also take full responsibilities of the team, including their mistakes
CHARMING & confident
No doubt that anyone who interact with Levanc will found him charming and attractive, not only because of his looks, but his tendency to always be polite, having good manners, and being a total gentleman to ladies, made people refer to him as charming. He is also capable of positioning himself with the person he's speaking to, knows when to be humble, or to be arrogant. In addition, he always stay confident in all kinds of situation, rarely goes berserk or panicked, and tends to handle all with a cold head
SKEPTICAL & ANALYST
One thing that only his friends knew about, is that behind that charming smile, Levanc had a trust issues and is an over skeptical person. He would not trust someone easily, and tends to brutally judge them based on his deduction and analyst skill, this happened between him and Rikka during WWIII as he took 2 month to completely accept her as a comrade. Levanc consider his high observation skill as a gift and use it in every situation such as, being cautious and aware, or to use it to judge people, not caring if he accidentally insults someone
Intimidating & cunning
Levanc basically loves to talk, and argue, especially when facing a person that he found arrogant. Again, using his analyst skill and deduction, he would intimidate the other party, throwing brutal truth and such, not leaving space for his opponent to talk back. He claimed that he found bullying arrogant people are very very entertaining. He's also able to achieve things in a clever way, often by deceiving others that claimed to be "superior" the truth is, no one's superior in Levanc's eyes, not even himself, so he take advantages of those who do

Levanc met Alastor in Siberia Concentration Camp when they were little, and still continue to keep a healthy relationship until now. Both had the complete opposite personalities and it seems that's what makes it work. Alastor often balanced Levanc's bad traits and Levanc admit, that he admire Alastor in a lot of aspect. It seems that he cares about him the most
Both met in Siberia Concentration camp and has been a good friend until now. Although they argued in a lot of ways, Levanc still considered him as one of his important friend and so do Rock himself. In some conditions, he'd trusted his safety to Rock and often assigned him to be in charge as a sign of his trust
Levanc met Rikka in a complete confusion, judging her and questioned her presence during war. As time goes by he stopped looking down on her as a child and in fact, fancy her powers. Lately he realized that the two of them got something in common and they grew closer as a friend
Although both are brothers, they have an extremely awkward relationship and often quarrel about their different mindset. Levanc sees Eugene as a spoiled, not mature, and an arrogant person which he deeply hate, and to add it up, both had a bad history in the past, he couldn't care less about him and avoid him all of the time

Both met in Eden's dorm, and as per usual, Levanc begin to "Read" her, and able to deduct her correctly. He finds it funny every time Lourdes flirts him and won't hesitated to flirt back, although both had no romantic feelings towards each other, the two of them are very close and intimate, often talks about romance matters
After years being separated, Levanc finally met his little cousin Eolia upon V-OR Day after war, he then learnt that she had never given up on finding him, and how she encourage the rest of Vanc members to search for him, knowing she's somewhat different from the rest of the Vanc, he cherished her as a family.
One of many, Fleur is Levanc's current girlfriend which he considered to be his most interesting partner with being the sweetest, and the purest. It is usually not his nature to pick a nice partner as this relationship often surprises himself. It is unknown where are their status going
It is unknown how both parties met, considering their different environtment and race, but either way, Hanelle is probably the most suitable woman Levanc could ever had as a mistress, in short, both had the same amount of lust and passion, lots of affection, less feeling, exactly his cup of tea
