Backstory: Karu was born and raised by a relatively normal family, he decided to be a mask salesman after he turned 19 and moved out when he learned how to travel to other dimensions to sell them to more people. he meets Shen when the Dimensional jester lands in a bush next to him, they quickly grew to be friends and started traveling together; Shen looking for Dimentio, while Karu joins in to sell masks and get materials for them. along with being one of the few people Shen actually has a friendly relationship to.
