Mute - Three - Female

A white kitsune cursed to withhold the seven sins in her person. In order to keep them contained, she cannot speak. She has been mute since she was born. Despite having a real name, no one truly remembers it, and so she is dubbed “Mute.”

She likes quiet atmospheres, unless it is something like water running such as by a stream. She also prefers to sleep on tree branches. She’s not too fond of those without common sense, as it’s difficult enough to get through people’s heads with the ability to talk.

Friends with Kat, she seldom travels to the city. They often meet in secret -much to Mute’s desire- as she doesn’t want to draw too much attention to herself.

Other than gestures, Mute communicates through small telepathy. Needing to meet the other’s eyes to get a word or two out. Helpful when shop keepers don’t understand what she’s asking for. She shut herself out of society, worried her curse would bring harm to others. Her family is on a smaller side, having an older brother. They miss her dearly but Mute is quite stubborn.

Character wise, Mute is much like a tomboy, especially having to provide for herself. She is not afraid to get down and dirty, and has very little interest in being “pretty.” Simply clean is fine, after getting dirty. She is stoic, and is quite hard to get a smile out of her. Kat has only managed to make her smirk.
