Rookeye

Rookkit was born in Prairieclan to her mother Leopardcloud and her father Leapstar.  Rookkit soon got a littermate when Leopardcloud adopted Prairiekit, who was born four sunrises after Rookkit, after Prairiekit's mother passed away.  Despite their different personalities (Rookkit being more calm and Prairiekit being more rambunctious) the two kits were inseparable and remained close throughout their lives.  When they became apprentices, Rookpaw considered becoming a medicine cat apprentice, but ultimately decided to train as a warrior (both to train with Prairiepaw and because she felt more called to be a warrior).  Pacefoot  became her mentor.  

Rookpaw was several moons into her training when the former kittypet Fluffy (renamed Softpaw) joined Prairieclan as a medicine cat apprentice.  Because she felt bad by how most of the clan treated him, she became friends with him.  

She was eventually given the warrior name Rookeye.  As a warrior, she is not the strongest fighter, but is a very good strategist.
