Sirius's Ownership

DESIGN RULES:

1. ALL DESIGNS MUST GO TO SOMEONE WITH A TOYHOUSE. This is non negotiable. I will provide codes if needed. Just ask.

2. DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS FROM TOYHOUSE. I check my transfer history regularly. If I see it, you will be notified and immediately blacklisted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. You may add additional markings, accessories, small add-ons, tattoos, etc to the design. You may tweak the character’s color palette, as long as the original design is noticeable, small change is acceptable.

4. You may co-own designs with another person.

5. You may not edit / alter / change adopts drawn by me.

6. You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.

7. All designs must stay one character. You may not make “siblings”/twin characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same palette. This does not apply to designs with alt palettes, however they may not be sold separately.

RESELLING AND TRADES:

1. Feel free to resell, or trade any designs you have purchased! (You do not have to ask)

2. Do not profit off my designs, or sell the design for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork.

3. You may not sell designs by me that were received in a trade, or a gift. UNLESS you have purchased additional artwork for the design, you may sell for the value = to said artwork purchased.

4. You may not add any additional rules when selling or trading one of my designs. (i.e. making someone only resell the design back to you, that they can’t do XYZ with the character, etc)

5. You may NOT trade or sell one of my designs to someone who is on my blacklist. No exceptions.

SALES, OTAs, & AUCTIONS:

1. Do NOT bid, or commit to buying if you cannot pay. Retracting bids/failing to make payments will lead to a warning, if it happens twice you will be blacklisted.

2. Payments for designs $150 and under are required all up front within 24 hours of purchase. Payment plans for designs over $150 may be discussed.

3. You may not bid on behalf of someone who is blacklisted, this will result in both parties being blocked and blacklisted from further auctions.

4. After any charge backs, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the right to resell the design. (this even includes if you have commissioned art of it afterwards.)

5. Do NOT harass or bother someone who has bought a design or won an auction. If you do not win, and are caught harassing or guilting someone over my designs you will be blacklisted.
