Rakesh is the most mysterious of the three leaders - while the other two got chosen to rule merely by chance, there are rumors that Rakesh stormed the palace and threatened the previous leader at sword-point. This could be entirely false, but Rakesh certainly has quite the terrifying aura about him. You'd better hope to be on his good side - it could be all that keeps you safe at night.
...Or at least that's what people say about him. In truth, Rakesh is really just a very awkward goofball who feels like he has to act seriously or no one will take him seriously. It makes for some very awkward moments.
He has a stutter that shows up occasionally when he's afraid or excited, and it is the worst thing ever in his mind. There's nothing quite so un-intimidating like a leader that stumbles over all his words.
