Gren's Links
Being one of the people who saved her from certain death, Ellisys is grateful to Gren and indebted to him. They haven’t gotten much time to talk and get to know each other as of yet, but she feels he is someone she can trust. She will offer her strength to him for as long as she is able.
Gren dearly cherishes Elros as a friend and as a companion. The half-elf has saved him and the group multiple times from devastating situations and Gren is very grateful for that. Elros is the calm to the chaos that edges Gren's mind and is often the voice of reason he listens to amidst their often disorderly party members. Gren feels rather guilty whenever he zones out during the cleric's conspiracy theory tirades, opting to draw little doodles to go with the ever growing mind maps instead just to keep himself from falling asleep.
Elros considers Gren his best friend. They are both men of faith and while they may not worship the same god, they share many values and truths. After all, Irori and Sarenrae both are gods of healing. This connects them despite their completely different backgrounds and upbringing.
Gren is a man of few words, but since their meeting, Elros has felt they don’t need to share that many words between them to understand each other. This is not to say Elros holds back on sharing his thoughts with Gren. On the contrary, Gren is his favourite willing(?) subject to explain all of his (conspiracy) theories to. As much fun as that is, Elros still enjoys the quiet moments with Gren the most.
Gren's discomfort with - or inability to fully comprehend - Light's faith and what the church of Calistria is all about is rather amusing to Light. It's poking at these kind of individuals that entertains Light greatly, but at the same time she views it as an ignorance, whether intentional or not. She won't waste her time explaining her faith to those who won't understand, but neither will she deny him magical healing or entry into her church as long as he's respectful towards her and her flock.
