So I’ve decided to move my main account. I’ve been wanting to rebrand for a little bit and try out a new username.

• I want to make some more 1 off and non-base adopts like the doodle dragon I posted earlier this month. However, I don’t want them to get drowned out with my base adopts. Plus I still like making smaller base adopts. (They’re fun for me). I feel bad spamming ya’ll with 40 notifications for them. Since I usually make batches of 10 - 20 it’s a lot of notifications.
• So I'm turning this account into more of a shop account for all my old & new base adopts
  • All my goobers and stuff are going to be moved over there

When buying a design or commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms

01 | GENERAL:
 - I still own the rights to any finished commission or design I make
     ↳ To my post it on my socials
     ↳ Use it for my portfolio
 - Rude, Scamming and Guilt Tripping behavior will not be tolerated
 - Proper Credit must be given to me

02 | SALE + RESALE & TRADE:
- Payment must be sent via Paypal or Cashapp (Unless stated otherwise)
 - Payment must be sent within 24 hrs. I do accept holds and payment plans for offers over $50, but I must know beforehand.
     ↳ I only accept holds and payment plans through PayPal
     ↳ A down payment of at least 20% is required. Please pay within 24hrs of receiving my invoice.
 - I don't do refunds
 - Please don’t sell any of my designs for a higher price unless they have extra art, commissioned or your own. As long as you don’t extremely over-price yourself (Ex. a simple sketch priced at $500)

03 | DESIGNS + ARTWORK: 
- Please do not steal/ trace or claim you made any of my art or designs. You are more than welcome to “normally” reference, color pick (if the owner is ok with it) or ask me what brush/ how I did something.
- Do not delete any of my designs off of toyhouse. This helps me prevent theft.
- By default, all my artwork and designs are for personal use only

 - If you want commercial usage, rights, and/or profit, please ask me directly and I’ll give you permission.

 
04 | COMMISSIONS + CUSTOMS:
 - Commission/Custom openings are announced on Twitter or Instagram. You can also see if they are open on my profile and website.
 - Full payment is required upfront
- Refunds are available only if I haven’t started yet 
    ↳ once started only I can request a refund
 -The time it will take for me to complete a commission may vary, it could take between 2 days to 3 months depending on the current queue and my motivation.
- Please don’t rush me when making a commission, you are more than welcome to check up and ask for wips. But please be patient with me.

BLACKLIST: PLEASE DO NOT SELL OR TRADE ANY OF MY DESIGNS TO THEM. DO NOT GO AFTER OR HARASS THEM EITHER.

Failure to follow these terms will result in a warning along with a short block from adopts and commissions. Continuing to break them will get you blacklisted from owning my designs and blocked
