ElectroMagnetic Manipulation Powers
Victor Moon, or more known in the villain world as BuzzKill
Kicked out of his family home when he was around 4 for a lack of powers, Victor grew up raised by a villain known as Windfall (Avon). With Windfall's knack for stealing equipment and encouraging his new son, Victor's talent for science blossomed.
During his time with Windfall, Victor had been experimenting on a Syrum to enhance his powers. Lacking a test subject and basic self-preservation, He injected the Syrum into himself. His powers became unstable, and the Syrum rendered his arms without feeling and tainted Black and Purple. He currently covers this Taint with gloves.
Victor's abilities are over magnetism, producing magnetic fields as he wishes, and seeing said fields, however, his powers are very easily swayed by his emotions. This is only made worse by the experimentation Victor has done on his powers, and consequentially, his arms.
Since being captured, he has been placed in the Villain Reformation Program and Housed with Clover and Iggy.
A 5'8 lanky redhead with golden eyes. He’s often seen with circular glasses with golden frames. Victor loves wearing darker colored clothing, such as long trench coats with lots of pockets for him to store things in. He wears mismatching long red and blue gloves and boots, being insulated rubber with metal soles on his feet to help with his power. He has black prominent blood vessels and grey discolored skin up to his forearms that end around his elbows, as a result of a failed experiment he preformed upon himself. He has next to no feeling in these areas. He often wears noise-canceling headphones to deal with and hide his sensitive elf-like ears if he remembers to bring them out of the lab with him.
-Due to his power, he is very prone to lightning strikes.
-He is afraid of storms and Will Not Go Outside if it is too cloudy.
-His sclera turns black when using his power.
-He’s Mix-handed! Some tasks are easier with his right hand, others with his left!
-An unhealthy obsession with sweets and energy drinks of all kinds.
-He doesn't exactly care for what is right and wrong when all things are for helping his research.
-He has issues with being alone or left out.
