Power: Hormonal Exchange.
A powerful touch and an overactive brain. This man's body produces far too many hormones and stores them, enabling him to transfer them via touch. Anything that is made in the human body is fair game. He holds you long enough, he can flood you with enough dopamine to make you feel high and complacent, or enough Melatonin to knock your ass out or make you too drowsy to fight. The longer he holds on or touches you, the stronger and more gets pumped in, increasing the effect.
Downsides to this power? As much as he can store, he will be affected himself if he uses or creates too much. While he can dose himself as a kind of self-treatment -Adrenaline to not feel pain or run faster? Check! - He still feels the effects of the stored hormones. Prone to mood swings and erratic behavior.
Due to a strong understanding of his power, he can surround himself in a mist of the hormone selected if he has enough stored.
When it comes to appearances, he's a might extra. Goes out to heal paying "Customers" and other not-so-legal activities in a lightweight, yet sturdy plague doctor outfit. Unsettling, and effective. Yes, he has a hat. Sturdy mask, leather long coat to prevent any unwanted... stains. Easy to remove gloves for easy access to touching people, as well as sporadic holes in his under-outfit in case he gets pinned down. His cane can be split into a sword to split your head if you give him a headache!
A rather tall, and lean man, Percy stands at a healthy 6'2. Fluffy green hair, brilliant red eyes, and a darker complexion.
