It is hard not to notice Coppersight. He's loud and treats everyone around him with the same friendly smile and playful charm. He does not take much to heart, one to shrug his shoulders at new challenges and get to work finding a solution. On top of this, he tends to push himself to the front of expeditions, suddenly telling everyone to avoid a tunnel and claiming he just knows something is wrong. This can make him seem like he is indifferent or even bossy at times, but his firey passion and dedication makes these claims difficult to stick. He cares deeply for those around him, and believes strongly in proving himself to be reliable.

History

Coppersight was born as an only kit to two very involved parents who nurtured his natural curiosity, encouraging him to choose a path that made him happy above all else. His early signs of having a curse were kept rather quickly under wraps, although less out of shame of it than for Copperkit’s safety. Having such a close connection to Starclan was a great blessing in their eyes, but having such a curse would likely funnel him into a role he did not want.

He was a loud and slightly difficult apprentice, learning concepts quickly but preferring to simply wander off or start messing around with the other apprentices. This rather quickly put him on the track to becoming an expeditionist, and with some nudging from both his mentor and his parents, he was able to focus his boundless passion and excel in his apprenticeship.

Despite Coppersight’s habit of disappearing into the tunnels and nearly getting crushed by several cave-ins, they have miraculously managed to avoid any serious injury. They work very hard too, determined to help their clanmates any chance they get and doing their best to be warm and encouraging when the expeditions inevitably become difficult or run into snags.
