Personality
On the surface, Lucian seems to be a aloof and kind of dumb jock. He would go out of his way to seem like one of the "cool" kids. Or at least how he thinks cool kids are. Sometimes he will even go out of his way to blow his assignments to make him not seem as smart. Though he does this as a cover up, because in reality he does have a lot of book smarts, and does very well in class.
He's a huge geek and nerd, and does like a lot of nerdy things, but he doesn't want people to bully him, take advantage of him, or see him like a loser, so he doesn't typically show that side of himself unless he's really close to someone. He seems to have had bad experiences with that before, and it makes him nervous to show how he is really like to people. Though he still does like working out and exercise as well.

Story
History
Lucian never really knew his father. He was out of his life before Lucian was even born so that all that he knows about his dad is that he's a pure Raiju, and his medical records for obvious reasons. His mother is a Valravn and raised Lucian as a single mother. Lucian never really cared about what his father was doing, and never really wished to find out. Even still, his mother never bad mouthed his father to him, only ever saying positive things, and getting quiet when asked why he left.
The area Lucian lived in had humans and monsters in different schools. The human school was closer and more affordable for Lucian's mom, so she fought beak and talon to get him in there, and eventually, the school relented, and let him in. The place wasn't that great for him though, as he was mocked by kids a lot there, and many of the students believed that Lucian thought he was better than all of them from his higher grades, even if that wasn't the case at all. Some students only pretended to be friends with him to get him to do their homework for them. Eventually, Lucian was expelled from school after his beast form got released and he attacked a girl in school for her blood. Luckily the girl wasn't too badly injured, and made a full recovery, but Lucian was considered a danger to the other students, and kicked out. This led Lucian to believe he was a danger, and that if he showed his true self no one would actually like him.
At the School
Later, his mom found out about a school for monsters called Monsuta Academia, and it'd fill all expenses that can't be paid, so she decided to send Lucian there to hopefully finish out his education and get in a better situation than his childhood. While there, he met multiple students, and managed to find students who were more like him, and slowly but surely, he learned to open himself up to them.
He still struggles with the fear of being a danger to all of them, but he just pushes away all those thoughts. He just tries his best to not let anything like what happened at his old school happen again.
Species Abilities
Almost every monster has their own unique abilites, and each one is unique to each species.
Electricity
Lucian's Raiju half has electric abilities. He can send electric pulses all throughout his body and shooting out, though it isn't nearly as powerful as a magic book of electricity.
Beast Form
Both the Raiju half and is Valravn half have a transformation, with for him becoming a bit of a beast. While Raiju's can control the transformation, Valravn's cannot. So Lucian has to keep a regular intake of blood to keep from tranforming. If he does transform, he becomes a bit wild, just obsessed with getting some blood in his body, no matter how he gets it or who he gets it from.
Learned Magic Books
This is the magic that any student can learn, as they go through the school they can study different magic books that have special abilities on their own
Tornado Magic
During his schooling, Lucian had obtained Tornado Magic. Using intense concentration, he can make small scale tornadoes. But he can also make gusts of wind on much smaller scales down to just a gentle breeze that can only blow away papers. He can combine it with other magic to make combinations of tornadoes. Though he hasn't learned other magic yet so he has to combine it with other people's magic.

Atticus
Atticus was the roommate assigned to Lucian when he first arrived at the school. Lucian didn't make...a great first impression to him when they first met. He was trying to attempt to look cool to him, but he kind of failed pretty hard, with lying about some of interests. Though afterwards, Lucian admited to his lie and managed get Atticus to forgive him, and they continue to grow closer as friends after finding a pretty similar interests. [ Friend ]
When Lucian first met Ayame, the two hit it off pretty well from similar interests, and luckily Lucian didn't make the same mistake that he did with Atticus. Ayame grew really close to Lucian fairly quickly, with the two choosing to spend time together a lot and finding more interests they enjoy. (Character belongs to novamallow)
Cady

Cady had approached Lucian when he was off on his own. While Lucian wasn't sure why she'd approach someone like him, he was pretty amused by her antics. He decided to entertain her and hang out with her a bit, but he found himself actually liking her company some. Cady was one of the first friends he made at the school, and he decided he wanted to help her out with her issues if she ever apporached him in needing anything. (character belongs to TriedCoffee)
Harley
[ Friends? ]
Lucian noticed Harley out in the woods by the school out by herself. And Harley approached him from finding another wolf monster around. The two, while not having a lot of interests, did seem to hit it off. Though Lucian was concerned with Harley sleeping outside constantly, and never going to class. He offered to let her stay in his room at night if the weather ever got bad. Which is...a start.
