Cedric's specialties are seducing and blackmailing rich old men. With the help of a mysterious hacker, he has the possibility of stalking his preys and then persuade them. Under a variety of fake identities, he is able to get closer to those men without being suspected; even if he's done this to people close to the victims, who's gonna tell their friends they cheated on their wives to sleep with a self-centered twunk with beautiful legs? It's the perfect strategy.
Regarding his relationship with #069 (Aspyn) and #003 (Agni), he is the only one with a ship, so he shelters them sometimes. He feels like their relationship has grown to be more than interest, so it's comfortable to call them "friends".
