A time machine accident stranded poor Neo hundreds of years back in time, in the middle of a solar-system wide war. Right now he spends his days mostly moping around and thinking up ways of contacting his brother back in the 23rd century. So far he has had zero good ideas and he's quickly becoming quite depressed.
Despite his bad luck lately Neo is usually a cheery and bubbly personality. He loves picking up new hobbies and dropping them just as quickly. Neo tends to be a bit forgetful. He's easily excitable and always has good intentions.
