Evoc is a custom design I ordered from SeizuresThree.

While working on Evocs design we talked about how he is a glitch and has the ability to wipe memories or add memories.

Evoc got the name because of Evocation, just shortened.

Evocs eye is always a white light covered in shadows and he can change it to any shape or look at will.

Evocs chains are to represent he is trapped with his amnesia, unable to progress
