Willow grew up in a very high fantasy universe. They lived in a small village in the middle of the woods. It was very secluded and hidden due to the dangerous nature of their universe. Considering the village was full of goats, who were all prey animals, they were each very protective of each other and any danger from outside. Almost everyone from the village had a power unique to them. Willow was born with the most destructive, their fire powers. They didn't seem to have a struggle controlling their powers, but they were a bit too reckless with how they used them. As a result, they became ostracized by the rest of the goats who were worried about the extent of their powers. As a result, Willow had no friends growing up and quickly gave up trying to appease their peers.

The only person who didn't seem to mind their reckless behavior was their mother. However, their mother was over protective due to their father leaving the village before Willow was born suddenly. As a result, Willow became resentful of everyone in their village, and made the decision to run away. In their fit of rage, they discovered their ability to travel through different universes. This is where they recklessly begin to abuse their powers and would burn down anything they wanted to. They used anything as an outlet for their anger, not seeming to care what happened to anyone in the way.

Eventually though, they were forced with the direct consequences of their actions when they met Anes. It hadn't been too long since they first ran away, but they had adjusted to travelling the multiverse at this point. Willow met Anes while he was... following them around in a random city. In anger, they led him into an alleyway and attacked him for doing that in the first place. Willow had almost left Anes there to die in the streets, but they had such a strong feeling of guilt at the thought of that. They couldn't be the reason he died. So Willow took Anes to a small shed they had been hiding out in and fixed him up there.

It wasn't long before Willow found out that they were the reason Anes was on the streets anyways. Anes didn't even know Willow was the person who burned his house down and killed his family. Despite their feelings on the situation, the two still couldn't stand each other. But Willow refused to let Anes die because of them and Anes had no where else to go. So the two stuck together as Willow continued their exploration around the multiverse. 

Because of how much time Anes and Willow were now spending with the each other,. the two did eventually get along. They even started committing crimes together! Wow... Willow continued to keep their secret about them burning his house down, still not knowing when it would be the right time to tell him. So the two continued on until one day they met Aldari.. It wasn't too long after that Willow cemented their position as a caretaker of the void, but they still seemed disinterested. Both Aldari and Anes seemed to agree, and the three of them created their own friend group to spread chaos around the multiverse.

Despite their love for crime, the three of them had a dubiously healthy relationship. Aldari was incredibly overbearing at times, and would also pick and choose favorites between Willow and Anes. It didn't help when Anes and Aldari started dating, and their relationship ended terribly soon after. Their friend group became... strained to say the least.

One day, both Anes and Willow reluctantly agreed to go along with one of Aldari's schemes. However, during so the plan had failed and the three were being chased by authorities. In an attempt to defend both Anes and Aldari, Willow used their powers to shoot back at anyone getting in their way. But while mistaking Aldari for one of the authorities, Willow had accidentally shot a fireball toward a nearby explosive near both them and Aldari. As a result, Aldari could no longer fly anymore and made her own decision to no longer partake in the crimes the three had committed.

Willow was devastated that their actions had hurt Aldari so bad. Due to Anes also having conflicted feelings on Aldari, he decided to stay and comfort Willow. The two became closer than ever, and Willow couldn't understand how Anes could still stand to be around them. Willow couldn't understand how Aldari still forgave them after everything. 

Eventually, both Willow and Anes were able to move on from what happened. The two still carried on with their bullshit around any universe they came across, but they were a lot more cautious about it. Until one day, the two of them ended up in a city that led them to meeting Sterling and Sybil. Anes and Sterling had... a frustrating crush on each other that Willow couldn't stand. Willow grew a bit protective over Anes after the years of shit they watched him go through, and they were scared of Sterling hurting him just the same. While that was going on, Willow was unknowingly fighting Sybil out a night, due to a petty rivalry the two had the first night Willow entered the city. Willow also felt even more compelled to tell Anes the truth about what they did to him. 

However, they all seemed to get along and solve their petty grievances together. Willow didn't hate Sterling anymore? They told Anes the truth and he forgave him? And even more surprisingly, started dating Sybil? I know. Crazy. But Willow grew content with where they were. They finally had a place they could call home and a family they loved and cared about. Ignoring their guilty conscious over the consequences of their actions, they still enjoy life to its fullest. They're having fun :)
