Sybil

HELL HOUSEHOLD

Sybil is one of my oldest sonas, so they have the most backstory along with some of it changing. Although, the most important place in their early history is Hell Household. It was an early living situation in which they lived with many (most likely) insane people. It was a mess with many people dying left and right, but then they'd come back to life with more abilities or as ghosts. Onto Sybil's own abilities, they were born with them and they developed as they aged. Around the time that they were living with these people, their fangs fully developed and grew in. 

Sybil has very vampire-adjacent abilities. Their fangs have a type of venom in them that allows them to knock people out for a varying amount of time depending on the amount injected - that time has the possiblity to be forever, but that takes a lot of venom. During their time at Hell Household, they also learned to extract the venom from their fangs and load it into syringes or coat their weapons in it to make them more effective. They also have a few other notable abilities such as their extreme regeneration that makes them nearly unkillable and enhanced strength (which isn't too extreme), and they also have an uncanny ability to sneak up on people which is unclear if that's an ability or something they're just good at.

Now, continuing with Hell Household, Sybil used their abilities to assist them in working as an assassin. They got into the business through their parents... by killing them. They mostly picked up whatever jobs they could and would mix in other criminal activity when they needed more money,

Their experience living with their "roommates" at the Hell Household wasn't the best. It was very dramatic and they were excited to leave. There was someone else that they met named Snailmoth. They were the only person that they liked spending time with at Hell Household, so they eventually agreed to leave all the roommates behind and go to Canada together.

They got into a relationship where they travelled the world together, but it was difficult to constantly keep up with Snailmoth. Snailmoth recognized this and eventually cut things off on good terms. So, Sybil began searching for another stable living situation.

ROOMATES

Sybil's search for a new living situation led them to a new roommate, a recent college dropout, Sterling. Sterling was poor so they needed a roommate to help them afford to live, and Sybil was in search of someone to live with both to save money and make the adjustment from their old life easier. They got really lucky having Sterling as a roommate. They continued their work as an assassin, but unexpectedly genuinely enjoyed Sterling's company.

So, along with their assassin work, they also picked up working at Sterling's cafe. Eventually, Sterling discovered Sybil's second job while working their own. This led to a fight at first, but they called it quits, and Ulysses revealed their identity as Sterling. Despite having their opinions about each other's hobbies, they respect them and agreed to not hurt each other while working. 

Sybil and Sterling then went on to meet some other strangers such as Anes and Willow. They were more people that meshed perfectly with their current living dynamic and it was only a matter of time until they were invited to live along with them as well. While Sterling and Anes played will they or won't they, Sybil happened to catch feelings for Willow. But shhhhh... don't tell anyone.
