Appearance

Rainwing is a blue-grey cat with a darker blue-grey head and lighter blue-grey belly. He has a pair of large teal draconic wings with a lighter teal membrane that is dappled with darker shades at the edges. He has vibrant blue-purple eyes.

He tends to wear a poncho with stormy blue colors and rounded patterns as well as his flight goggles around his neck.

Personality

Rainwing is a highly patient and personable cat. While he tends to be patient, he is observant which is what made him such a great scout. His patience also lends well to how good he is at explaining and teaching others. He’s also helpful, often to a fault, as he puts himself in danger and distress for others. He is also very honest, thinking its important that others know when he’s proud or happy for them.

History

Rainwing was born into the flying cat force at Thunder’s Wing and was raised into it, becoming a scout when he came of age. When the Ebony Wolf crisis happened, he was part of the scout corps, partnered with Lunarluck who became his best friend. He came out of it with his own share of scars but he doesn’t talk about it, reasoning it’s over and done with.

Years after, on a nightly patrol, he came across a kitten abandoned outside the base. He brought him to the leader of the base Thundara who agreed the kitten should come under their care. With help from all over the base, Rainwing became guardian to the kitten Obsidian who he is endlessly proud of.

Skills

Aligned under Lightning, Rainwing is able to summon thunderstorms. However, due to his average magical well, he can only do it once before he needs rest.
