Maebh had frequently been around aristocratic goulongs in her childhood due to her mother's job! I think Maebh's patience and quiet witty humour would make for a really great friendship for Chihiro's cheeky, spirited nature !!! (I imagine Chihiro would bring the banter out of Maebh and Maebh would HOPEFULLY be somewhat of a good influence NNDNDNFNF?!?!) Especially since Chihiro is in a gang and Maebh would disapprove, and Chihiro might find Maebh's lawful principles a bore, but their childhood bond helps them look past their differences and just enjoy eachothers company?? oK WOW I GOT CARRIED AWAY YOU'RE FREE TO DISAGREE IF U DONT THINK CHIHIRO WOULD BUILD A FRIENDSHIP LIKE THIS SDJDJNDND im trying to build Maebh's connections and I thought they'd be a really interesting dynamic!!! ALSO because maebh's parents are rather understanding and agreeable, they'd have no motivation to report back to hiro's parents about their whereabouts if maebh invited hiro over every once in a while.?!?
omg yes that would be so cute!!! i guess chihiro's parents might have visited that area of siji bay every now and then on vacation with chihiro- they would have loved to run around like an idiot on the beach but i have to admit they are super bratty and might've been a little mean to maebh HKGJHFG though if maebh proved she could stand her ground with chihiro i think they'd come to respect her!! i can totally see them visiting maebh later too if their parents agreed not to tell haha. i think once chihiro's living in saikong, they'd see their visits to maebh as a nice break from their (stupidly chosen) life and would even let their guard down a bit around maebh and her parents!!
TOTALLY !!! maebhs mum works in shifts around all shores in the goulong world, mainly based in Shenlan and Sijibay to be close to home, so they don't have to vacation just on Siji bay !!! I imagine she's been called to watch aristocratic parties in even the warm waters near zi dai territory and fishing tourneys in angkator!! i can def see siji bay being a holiday destination for the very rich though it is listed as extremely beautiful!! i can imagine chihiro trying to pick on maebh and maebh getting frustrated because she's so used to charming goulongs- finding one who's not swayed by her cordial nature would be so annoying for her hrGGhgHFIFHF but I can see her just sniping back at them constantly at some point and they gradually build a closer friendship aha!!
