Personality: Sad a lot and hates talking about how he feels. Wants validation but is unable to ask for it without putting himself down. Has trouble seeing his own self worth and thinks that by putting himself down, it can give him the attention to make himself feel better, without realizing how it is hurting his friends. Cecil loves stuffed animals and fluffy objects and stuff thats squishy.

Story: Cecil grew up and lives in Oklahoma in a rough family home with 6 other siblings. One of the older kids, he feels left out and unwanted by his parents and siblings, only seeking validation he craves from his friends, without realizing he is hurting them with his constant downer and sing his friends only as a therapist role (Note: This is not me saying venting is bad but it can be an issue if you only use your friends to vent and put yourself down after every bit of validation people give you. This is my personal thing, I do not have anything against people who are depressed and vent often, but I believe there is a point where it can become toxic and harmful to both the venter and the ventie. I need to insert this cause I'm sure someones gonna complain about me hating depressed people despite being a depressed person myself -_-). On the train, he runs into Clock, whose a wandering stuffed rabbit whose car was destroyed by the Apex. Later, they run into the Bubble car, where they meet Sun-Set who wants to go with Cecil and Clocks. Cecil spends about 8 months on the train before he finally leaves.
