Nixie was born in Fluorspar, into a large family mixed with pouflons and vespires. She had a happy childhood, never lacking in playmates due to her many many cousins. She always had an interest in performing, and would orchestrate shows for her family. She was obsessed with learning musical instruments, and would ask for little else upon birthdays and holidays.
Once she reached her teenage years, she began to feel cramped by the town she grew up in, and longed for a busier place to settle down into. More than that, she longed to perform to those outside her family and the local tavern and wished to be more central to be able to travel easily. Her parents fought with her for many months, anxious to let their child leave, but eventually Nixie convinced them to let her move to a bustling town where redwick meets chrysanthos. Xe got a job working in a bar, and soon started singing in the bar, has been residing there since. She loves to travel all around bellacoste.

Nix is an elegant, alluring pouflon who loves being the center of attention. Xe spends most of xer time performing, practicing for performing, or chatting with the pouflons who visit the bar where xe most often works. She wears her dance harness even when not dancing, as she loves to jingle and chime as she walks, turning the heads of those around her. She's both delicate and forward, but can be a little disingenous when xe wants something, and is known for turning on the charm to get what she wants.
Xe is generally very easy-going and carefree, going where xe pleases and doing what xe wants. Xe makes friends wherever xe goes, but finds it difficult to create deep and meaningful bonds with many of them. Deep down she longs for sincere and honest relationships, but has trouble letting down her walls and making herself emotionally available.

RELATIONSHIPS
Moxie and Nixie bonded over their similar names, but actually have alot in common personality-wise, and get on very well. Their shared interest in music always gives them something to do.
Nerissa met Harvey during one of his performances, and was impressed by his musical prowess. Nixie invited him to perform with her, Due to their similar flirtatious nature, the two of them have a tangible tension which makes their joint performances especially captivating. Nixie is intrigued by what resides beneath his charming exterior.
Nixie would describe Chorus as a bundle of fun, with a wonderful voice. Chorus' peppy, bubbly energy encourages Nixie to be more active and she also loves dancing along to Chorus' more upbeat tunes.
