Seraph

Seraphine is an angel, or more specifically a cherub, who oversees baby animals. When it comes to protecting them or guiding them to heaven, Seraph makes sure to have a touch of kindness and gentleness towards them. Seraph has such a large heart and wears it upon their sleeves that they often start crying when they see cute animals. So in other words, all the time. With a heart as delicate as the feathers on their wings Seraph is working on their confidence and their patience as well. They easily get frustrated but they would never dare lash out at the babies. Instead they lash out at themself, and hope to do better.

Seraph's story is a sad but common one. They were purchases as a gift and disowned on the side of the road using the same rope around their neck they wear to this day. This event has given Seraph abandonment issues and they can't help but panic if they feel they are unwanted. However, this also means Seraph makes sure to pay special attention to everyone they meet and assure them that they would never leave them.

Seraph once found a pair of baby birds that did not survive, and tried to guide them to heaven. However, they imprinted on Seraph immediately and follow them around everywhere. Since Seraph did not want them to feel abandoned, they allowed the chicks to stay with them as long as they like. The chicks love Seraph, and although Seraph has not named them (they are bad at names) the little dog loves the twin birds very much. It is a known fact that Seraph cannot sleep until their peaceful chirps lull them to sleep.
