He’s a mechanic, he made himself mechanical hands and boots. He’s incredibly intelligent, high af iq, and has a special interest in machinery and developing mech inventions, but sadly studying electronics can’t be pursued well underwater. He also enjoys studying mechanisms that work without the help of electricity, but it's a limitation he'd rather not impose on himself. He keeps himself hydrated with a schedule of water vaporising and whatnot and he’s good to pay land a visit. He works himself to exhaustion in his headquarters-basement all day everyday, the good life

He has a smol beak-ish mouth near his chin, but it’s not always visible so it’s optional. I think I’ll give em a poncho!
