Asra is a member of spy's captor team, The League of Chaos. Despite this though, she seems to take every oppurtunity to tear him down, constantly bertaing or mocking him for everything he does. Asra, like the rest of the league of chaos, were put into a comatose state after a shockwave sent out from Chaos's death put over 50% of his revived followers into said state. She only had only woke up recently (along with the other LOC members) after Spy and Anya's incident during the story's prologue. She is also the sister of Romero and Andromeda.

While it's true Asra has always been cynical, even before she was comatose, her cruel nature only intensified after she woke up. Finding no more point in living, seeing as she essentially missed out on what could've been the most important parts of her life (in her eyes at least). Though her brother and sister try to pull her back into optimism (mainly by putting her into a captor job, in Andromeda's case), Asra still feels a sense of hopelessness that she will ever amount to anything. This hopelessness eventually formed into mindless insults at the people around her, ESPECIALLY people with some sort of "purpose". This is the main reason she targets Spy so heavily, as because his entire life he says is based on "destiny", Asra began to feel resentful that what she thought was just some stupid kid could think he had a better shot at life than she ever did.
Ironically, despite viewing the people around her as children, she herself acts like a child. Because of her comatose state, she still has the same mindset she had before her comatose. She's INCREDIBLY immature socially, and very lonely. Though she pushes people away, it's obvious she (like Spy again ironically) feels like she can never connect with people again after essentially missing out on that period of her life, now being stuck in the inbetween of two worlds, her old life and her new one.
