Personality- Described as calm and collected on the outside, but smart and knowledgeable on the inside.  Astrid is a very educated individual, knowing many things from extreme math problems to trying to solve world hunger. Due to her intelligence, she isn't the greatest at being social. She tends to put a scientific turn on how she can be a person, thus making her somewhat awkward. 

Bio- Astrid was dropped off by her parents when they both go deployed during the Dark Awakening. First shy and quiet, she meet Matthew and Echo while on the playground. Quickly the two helped her open up and her true personality shined. She strived to become a scientist with a goal to stop the Dark Awakening and Cassius from happening.

Facts- 

- she has a plan for everything, including the apocalypse 

- Astrid sees her parents every 3 months.

- Astrid asked Matthew out, she did it because she admitted her love for him when he was standing behind her when she was having a freak out session in front of Echo.

- When she isn’t doing science stuff, she is helping with the orphanage and caring for the kids. (Later on in Destiny Bonds)
