GENERAL
Paragon is the leader and caretaker of their troupe. It is their responsibility to keep the "deck" safe and united, so that they might support one another when under any pressure... which is quite often, when you and your family were quite literally built to relieve a debt to the mafia. Should the need ever arise, Paragon is equipped with charm, financial skills, common sense, and anxiety. They will without fail take responsibility for any misdeeds of their family, being fitted with a similar set of morals as them, it is far more likely the deck will respond better to an explanation from Paragon. If they are deprived of this right, you might have a very hard time wrangling petty jesters. They welcome any approach from their family, in fact, they often propose times they can spend together, one-on-one or not. Paragon's the kind of parent who spoils their kids with attention. They trust their deck enough to let them run away with it, but does tend to sense when they try.
Outside of their deck, Paragon is aloof, even pompous. Always standing with impeccable posture, they quietly pick out victims to insult in the privacy of their thoughts. It passes the time, they suppose. Passively dissing patrons is one thing, but cheaters are another. Paragon holds grudges against any sly cheats they may spot when serving the casino crowd, even going out of their way to taunt or expose one in front of other players. Naturally, this is not without consequence, but Paragon's owners can be some very scary people.
Paragon has a tendency to collect trinkets that may be useful. It's a habit developed so, in the event of an emergency, the deck has a means of acquiring money without needing to commit a needlessly risky crime. Even the smallest things would help, as the Ace of Hearts is a surprisingly effective salesperson. Unfortunately, Paragon risks getting attached to these objects, especially when they're gifts from their family. They will do whatever they're able to keep such gifts, but if the situation proves dire enough, they can set these attachments aside with some penalty to morale.

APPEARANCE
HAT
Striped, two-tailed jester hat with blue and beige with small, printed diamonds between each stripe. Two faux diamonds sit at the end of each tail.
FACE
A diamond-shaped screen with a smaller image of a diamond toward the top, as well as two lines that stand in as their eyes.
BODY
Thin, but broad-shouldered. They're all shoulder. They have built-in shoulder pads.
CLOTHES
Adorned with not only a diamond-shaped neck ruffle, but a billowy shirt that is also a tailcoat (with diamond shoulder pads, and diamonds embroidered along the front, back, and along the sleeves), Paragon's theme might just be diamonds.Their pants are also a little billowy, and they straight up have a pair of heeled, jingly boots for kicking faces in.
ACCESSORIES
Paragon feels fancy enough to tie clear minerals to their shoulder pads like a very angular nutcracker's uniform. Oh, also, they have a white pair of gloves.
TRIVIA
✖ Paragon is one of a troupe of four jesters, each representing an ace in a card deck. Not sure if you could tell, but they're the Ace of Diamonds.⁃ *[Lodestone] only applies to the other jesters in Paragon's troupe.
✖ Paragon, alongside most of their deck, has padding between their clothes and their shell. You'd be surprised how many weapons you can fit in there without making it obvious. Their boots are also outfitted with certain holders.

✖ If you ever want to befriend them, your best shot is to go through the other members of the deck. Maybe after a while they'll stop insulting you.
