A dusty tan cat with tabby stripes on their legs. Their pelt is short and spiky; it’s like their pelt attracts chaos and messiness to it; there is constantly some kind of dirt, mud, leaf, thorn, or twig clinging to their fur. Wild’s hazel eyes constantly have mischief dancing in them, and tend to reflect green in certain lighting. Their teeth are small and needle-like. They have a restless energy about them, constantly fidgeting about. They also have two small nicks in their right ear; one from a tousle as a kit, the other from grazing their head against some coral when dabbling in wave diving.

- Constantly fidgeting; the only time they are seen relatively still is while sleeping and in the moments before pouncing on prey<
- Constantly has a dirty pelt; debris in it is not unheard of!

It’s very easy to get Wildpaw in on something- just play it up a little bit and they’re all in

Ever since kithood, Wildpaw has had a habit of sneaking out of camp and exploring the territory, always looking for the next adventure to take part in

{Kithood}
Wildkit’s origin story was an interesting one, shrouded in a lot of mystery; well, sort of. Born to Cedarlight, Wildkit was born during a time where kits were abundant in TideClan. Startlingly, three she-cats had their kits around the same time. More startlingly, they all kind of looked similar to each other… suspicions began pointing towards one tom in particular, with each she-cat claiming that he fathered the kits. Each mother had their own opinions of the matter, but Cedarlight was crushed; she began to resent the kits that were born from a lie, and while she tries to mother them, she just has a hard time connecting with them like she did her previous litter.
Wildkit’s apprenticeship just couldn’t come fast enough.
{Apprenticeship}
When it was time for them to receive a mentor, there was hesitation among the warriors of TideClan. They were all sure Wildkit had potential, of course, but… who wanted to take the task of actually reining them in? The task was assigned to Redbrook, in the hopes that they would set them straight.
Though they were off to a rocky start (she was just so quiet!), Wildpaw quickly grew attached to his mentor. She was patient and knowledgeable, and they quickly thought of her as some secret badass. They were crushed, therefore, when Redbrook suddenly upped and left; not even bothering with a goodbye for her little apprentice.
Monarchstar instead appointed Wildpaw to Baywatch, going from a Hunter’s apprentice to a Wave Diver’s. Baywatch was a fine mentor, but Wildpaw couldn’t help but constantly compare him to Redbrook. They missed their old mentor, and it showed in every training session.
{Warriorhood}
Wildpaw was ranked up early with their brother, Caracalpaw, with the need for more TideClan warriors growing. They were given the name Wildbriar, and they’re excited to carry on the skills they were taught to be a Hunter!

Wildbriar’s mother. They never had a very strong relationship, due to Wildbriar’s father. It’s not something Wildbriar resents her for, or even bothers with anymore. They don’t really see Cedarlight as a mother figure.
Wildbriar’s half-sibling, and part of the Dad Debacle. Wildpaw doesn’t understand much of that stuff, but they do really like Caracalspirit. They often try to get him into shenanigans with them. Despite them both being bundles of energy, they never seem to tire each other out. They’re partners in crime!
Wildpaw’s first mentor; a hunter. Though they had a bit of a rough beginning, Wildpaw quickly became attached after seeing how skilled Redbrook was, and how she didn’t seem to mind their shenanigans in the slightest. Wildpaw became convinced she was some secret badass. They were devastated when Redbrook disappeared from the Clan.
