Sid is a passionate nerd, in most senses of the word. He'll ramble for hours about some deep extensive game lore, number crunch to make sure his stats are min-maxed, and his favorite vacation spots are conventions. He loves playing co-op games (especially with his partners. Eva, anyway, as Dimus is really, REALLY bad at them); and is more than happy to share his love of the genre with others. He tends to be pretty self-isolating at times and time gets away from him due to just being invested in stories and losing track. In response, his partners drag him out of hiding to engage with the world better. Sid is very insecure about his identity- not because he questions it, only because he grew up in an environment that didn't support it and as such he can be sheepish about truly expressing himself as a person- preferring the stagnant 'video game' conversations since that doesn't involve him having to speak up about his own personal emotions or feelings. He gets quickly uncomfortable when he's the center of attention and even moreso when he's expected to talk about himself in any way. Though he does procrastinate- he's not exactly lazy. He doesn't mind working and will work hard- he'll just put it off as long as possible.

Sid is more of a "leave me alone" sort of person, and while he'll gladly invite people into his space if they want to engage, he doesn't really like being dragged too far out of his comfort zone if it can be helped- He just prefers to stick to his nice comfortable non-judgemental routine and that's plenty for him.

He does have a bit of a trouble-causing streak though, typically when Eva is involved. In which case... he'll entirely help her cause problems when Dimus isn't looking.

Sid grew up in a stifling household that rejected his identity and tried to control every aspect of his life when he was growing up. He early on turned to video games as an outlet and escape, something that would carry with him even through his teen and adult life. He went to college, finally earning freedom to explore who he was, and where he met his two (eventual) partners- Eva (His partner in crime) and Dimus (The responsible one, of course). While he does his schoolwork (despite the fact that procrastinating is definitely his M.O.) any time not in class- is probably spent hacking away at some boss in his newest game interest and there is probably No time for his sleep schedule to fit in the mix. 

He eventually goes on to get a degree in software development, which he proceeds to work on...while continuing to game, of course.
