A somewhat unhinged photographer who works at The Union. Her job is to document important events, fabricate evidence for crime scenes, and supervise the taking of photographs that go in official Union documents.
She generally behaves in a very outgoing and clingy manner, with a few habits that can irritate or unsettle the people around her such as referring to them only by their last names. The people she knows on a personal level aren't exempt from this oddly formal manner of address.
As a photographer, she most enjoys taking photographs of completely still bodies, be they relaxed, sleeping, or dead. This causes her to be attracted to people who sleep deeply and often, much to Storm's disgust.
