A hit-man of The Union who went grey from stress a long time ago but remains stoic and merciless to hide any weakness and anxiety that could be taken advantage of. Won't hesitate to beat the stupid out of their colleagues, and has succeeded in doing so many times.

Among The Union's ranks, their reputation precedes them as a callous individual under nearly every circumstance. Reliable, responsible, dependable, and unfaltering always... but unfortunately for them in the end, not exceedingly loyal to The Union's goals. After they committed a string of sabotages that were considered treason against The Union attempts were made on their life from the inside via poisonings. After weeks of physical deterioration and beating around the bush with different and more incognito methods of killing, the higher-ups of The Union finally decided that Storm would face death via an execution carried out by one of their colleagues. After the fact their soul lingered, and this remaining life-force set off a domino effect of event after event that would eventually and indirectly help decide the fate of Admaa and its denizens for years to come.
