This design is for Non-Commercial Use only. Design cannot be used for Commercial Use.

(If the usage of something is part of the process of you making money, then it's generally considered a commercial use. If the purpose of the site is to, through some means or another, directly or indirectly, make you money, then it's probably commercial use.)

Editing: Never Edit artwork done by PancakePlatypus (excluding watermarking the work to protect ones character form thieves) if you want an edited version of an artwork such as adding the characters name to the work, getting a version of the character with a transparent background, ask PancakePlatypus before purchase if these can be made and she will do them if she has time.

Design Editing: Character Design can be changed at owners digression. Never Edit/Trace/Copy artwork done by PancakePlatypus to make changes to the design. If you, the owner, want anything small changed on the original work by PancakePlatypus (eye color, pattern length, nose color, add stripe here, etc) it must be requested before purchased from PancakePlatypus. PancakePlatypus has the authority to not make these changes if too extensive, or if she simply does not have the time. If you want a large change or multiple changes made to the design then PancakePlatypus may ask for an additional fee to the original price. If you want to edit the design after purchase you will have to draw the character yourself with those edits, or commission someone for a new reference with those changes.

Re-Selling: Character cannot be sold until it has been in the current owners care for at least 7 days. Character cannot be sold for more than it was purchased for unless more art/items/characters are included that were not a part of the purchase that you, the owner, took part in. Character can be sold for more than it was purchased (even if it does not have more art/items included in purchase) if it has been in the sellers ownership for 12 months (a year) or longer.

Watermarking: Please make sure to place a proper watermark with your username over the character to ensure the character is safer from potential theft. This is not required but highly advised.
