Dr. William Katz

Dr. Katz is a level 3 Senior Researcher who mostly works with plant-based SCPs, as he previously studied botany before working at the foundation. While he's a nice and patient individual, his patience is definitely learned from the years spent at the foundation. He has a very difficult time respecting his higher-ups (he thinks most of them can be total whack-jobs), but is always nicer to more newly-hired foundation staff and can overall keep a smile when he needs to.
