Being born into the circus with his sister Kandi, Cotton takes clowing around very seriously. Aside from Kandi, he has no other family members here at the circus. Cotton is a fun loving clown boy with a severe case of ADHD. He loves to make people smile, and will do his best to make someone laugh no matter what.
