Once was a handsome marine, Hector was killed during a ship mutiny. As death is just an inconvinient in the Neath, he was sent to Tomb Colony living as bandaged man for a while before he decide- Tomb Colony is too quiet for him, so he return to London. His new status as a tomb-colonist makes him difficult to adjust in society, though he admit- he is not a man who would enjoy being under glimmering light of Veilgarden. He still prefer the sea- or well, zee, as he live most of his old life as a marine. He put a new alias for him- "Vatikan", to avoid conflict in case he coincidentally stumble with a docker who was a crew from his previous ship that through under mutiny. Hearing secret of immortality and chance to regain life back to The Surface, is one of Hector's goal in Neath, among other thing- such as hunting beasts for sport.

- Vatikan's wardrobe consist normal shirt and ocassional coat and robe as his old suit no longer fits him due to him being a bandaged man. He still have couple tailcoat suit that fits his body though.
- Vatikan is more of a straightforward man. He is known to keep his word and often pick a direct approach to most problem. Despite him not being part of marine anymore, he still held his code as a soldier close to heart. As much as he liked to drink, he know some self restrain.
- Vatikan's choice of weapon is sabre and gun, he is capable of using both. He is also capable of using a weapon on the spot, for example- a chair.
- Vatikan's body is still tough and strong, he doesn't bandaged his body to prevent his body from crumbling after so many damages. He bandaged his body to cover the scar and also to hide his identity as Vatikan. Some dockers know how many scars are on his right hand as his bandage there often loosen purposefully when he needed to tighten his grip on his weapon for fight.
- Vatikan's eye color is peligin. His previous eye color before he reach Neath is green.
- Absinthe is one of Vatikan's guilty pleasure.
- Vatikan is pretty awkward around ladies. Especially pretty ladies. Especially especially society ladies or bohemians ladies.
- Even so with him not blending well with Society, Vatikan knows how to play mahjong and other high class betting game. Knowledge he learn from overseas (and overzees)

Vatikan never backed down from a challenge, the tale of Vake interest him. So he went on with help of certain Naturalist to help him. He then tamed a Mandrake in which he grew fond of, and always carry lil fella around on his shoulder (thus everyone give him a weirded confused look at his plant friend.) Before he then betrayed by The Naturalist, instead leading him into Vake trap- barely escape with his plant friend. <will be added more as story progress>
The Captain And Rat Catcher
Vatikan not only hunt beasts, he hunt colony of rats too. Help controlling their number before they become a problem in London. It has decent pays when he is staying on land, enough for couple of drinks and life in London. Meanwhile in the zee, he usually pairs with merchant to hunt for catch, live specimen, even transporting package and person, or taking commission from Admiral to send message and Port Reports across the zee. Has sailed to Kingeater past to the east

Current Situation
Currently living off helping Mr. Inch dealing with his beasts while still maintaining his profession. Mr. Inch always liked how Vatikan manage to keep up with the beasts in Labyrinth of Tigers. One of Vatikan's favourite beasts there is some cheetah and tigers, though he also liked the friendly playful octopus.
Still isn't too fond of Veilgarden's light, he mostly spend his time in Blind Heilsman or Medusa's Head, sometimes gambling amber or roastygolds, or take part of Feducci's ring just for fun.
Though recently, some Constables from Concord Square have found out his real identity as Hector Wolfstang thus contacted him everytime they need criminal or revolutionaries to catch as still trust him being Sergant Hector Wolfstang he used to be. Vatikan trust them to keep their secret about his identity, and helps them while he can, sometimes stops by to be a lecturer to teach the boys how to deal with beasts especially.
Recently just retired after sailing off to the east, sitting by London in his acquired wealth. Though he soon realize- he wasn't so used with peace and calmness of London, and that the sea has been his home, truly. Planning to get back sailing once he finished his commission with Mr. Inch, he has plan to go South to Elder Continent.
Met during one of ship voyage, he was a captain of the ship. Amara has become Vatikan's go to doctor when needed. Amara know his real name through information gathering, Though it surprise Vatikan, it doesn't count for him as a threat since he is confident to fight anyone who dare come at him with intention to kill.
Met in Forgotten Quarter when Vatikan works as muscles for the researcher, and second when he is helping his crewmate hunting serpent (though its more of him helping them finding the way). Andrian's lack of involvement with Brass Embassy interest him (or makes him curious) that it start their acquintance. From there Andrian is the one who showed him around Mahogany Hall and more.
Vatikan never really understand art, but if it looks/sounds good, then it looks/sounds good.
Mostly acquintanced with The Sisterhood who helped him from almost getting killed with by the Vake. Most nuns also known him as one of the Vake hunter. His acquintance with the church also goes up to the north with priests in Chapel of Light.
Some Constables actually acknowledge vatikan as Hector Wolfstang, though he prefer for them to not spread his information and they agreed. They are in good term, Vatikan usually trusted to handle beast, ocassionally some criminals such as Jack of Smiles. It's not rare for them to invite him on a drink in Concord Square.
He is neutral with occupant of hell, though maybe slightly annoyed by their mischievous tendencies.
He aren't too fond with Society in general as must of them are quite judging. In fact he has been declined to a restaurant couple of times due to his status as a tomb colonist. Even so he hold no grudges against them, he merely sad that they aren't so accepting.
One of his kind. He usually leaned more to duelist group of the faction, one of them are Black Ribbon with Feducci as its leader.
Prefer to stay away from her sight, he try to not get involved in her smuggling activity since its illegal and also- again- he doesn't want anything to do with such dangerous underground criminal.
One of faction that he is against with, though he know when to not snuck his head too deep in the underground.
Closest faction for Vatikan, he is not only known as captain but also as zee monster hunter, he is quite respected around.
He only heard of this faction and never really dive too deep. He is mostly neutral with them. Sometimes his relation to them is mere as messenger or sort of spy to the admiral to see Moves of The Great Game.
Vatikan isn't often a guest in Shuttered Place, so he isn't too acquintanced with The Duchess. Though he heard about her and would prefer to stay away from her, just like The Widow.
Vatikan emphatize them with their similarities of status of being hated by judgemental society. Most Rubbery Man he found are polite creature, so he has no problem with them at all. In fact, they usually are most polite ship passenger.
Often against them since most Revolutionaries he found are usually anarcist, with their plan to blow London and Bazaar.
He tolerate little fella, even though he rarely met them in Wolfstack Docks. But everytime he went near middle of London, he can see those little ruffins on the rooftop. He ocassionally spare some silk to them.
Vatikan isn't much with The Universities.
Vatikan tends to be careful around the Masters, as Mr. Irons doesn't quite like him for going against the neddy man in the dock.
