Oreo is a vanilla boy. Well-mannered, obedient, and supportive to all his loved ones. He makes sure no one gets left behind and lathers people with his kindness. He takes life slow, taking in big and small things in life with a curious insight and an imagination that prances freely. His head is stuck in the clouds often as a result of his slow, not so on-the-go lifestyle. Oreo doesn't rush in situations that necessarily don't need it, even when time tries to pressure him. This makes some decision-making tasks and executions delay, much to the dislike of certain people, but Oreo just chooses to not put as much stress on himself and further causing harm to his body. That's a different story in the face of danger, but he is normally calm under situations most people would panic to. He's not always the best with words as they come off awkward, but Oreo cares tremendously for people, even towards those that have hurt him.
With his selflessness comes passiveness. To an extent. This happen more likely towards people of authority or people Oreo shares very close bonds with. Oreo doesn't like to hurt the feelings of others, especially towards those with power or whose trust he has gained. This makes it difficult to voice his opinions or be honest towards them. He will lie to protect their feelings and hide his own, avoiding the whiplash that is being turned down by those he trusts. It builds anxiety in him, but on the outside he brushes it off like it's not a big deal. Oreo would find himself alone when he's sad, coping through taking long naps during the day. Other times when he's down, he'll seek the company of someone else under the weather to cheer them up. It's during humble times like this that Oreo sheds tremendous affection over someone, staying by their side until the very end. He's quick to trust, to forgive, and to share the love.
- Takes extra care of his hair. He grooms it often to keep it nice and soft.
- Even at his age, he still sleeps with plushies. He cuddles with a different one every night.
- It's normally hard for him to say no to things, even if he doesn't feel like doing them.
- He and his brother work together at an extermination company. Oreo is in charge of repelling infestations from bugs and mice in homes, yards, and public buildings such as hotels and restaurants.
- He is infertile.
- Will give you a shoulder to cry on whenever you need it.
- Can't sleep without some kind of background noise. Oreo will turn on the TV or play something on his phone such as music or the sound of rain to make himself sleepy.
- Has a sensitive stomach to heavily-seasoned foods. It upsets his stomach and makes him throw up.
- Gets protective when he senses a threat toward his loved one. He can put on a brave act.

Is the happiest around Cindy. He would come visit her from time to time to keep her company and sometimes nap on her bed. He gives her kisses as a dog to cheer her up during her lows.
Kind of a doormat towards his brother. He never really tries to stand up for himself when being "bullied" by Maxwell, letting him do what he wants, but he still cares for Maxwell tremendously. Oreo checks up on him often, consoling him when he's anxious, and has fun playing around with him.
He met Molly on a bridge, where he looked below its waters. The Tearbell looked rather despondant, and it was cold that day, so Oreo lended him his scarf. He was stopped from going home a soon as he had to be on his way, as the Tearbell had interest in keeping in touch with him. To this day, Oreo visits him as often as he could during the day and gifts plushies for Molly to keep for himself.
