personality: i guess he would be considered the youngest in the noble gasses, or the least mature, he complains about most things and is kindof a snob but also just very whiny, he is also upset that everyone treats him like hes not mature but . he isnt so . also hes the 2nd lightest element so the skinniest bonniest person you can think of, also mean/rude like a younger person would be, pretty naive 

relationships: his best friend is neon, he hates argon but argon doesnt hate him at all so . they could be friends who knows, hydrogen is his brother and they hate each other, hes not a fan of yttrium....................................... he enjoys aluminum romantically
