while i cannot 100% stop any individuals from breaching my terms of use, i would more than appreciate it if these were respected and followed:

• please wait at least a month to transfer any *purchased* designs to another user, unless it is intended as a gift for them (ie: for a birthday).
• do not create any content that is punishable by law with my designs (ie: p/dophilia, incest, etc). i do not care if it is "fictional," i take such things very seriously and will likely blacklist any offenders from buying my designs in the future. you are, however, allowed to draw 18+ material with them, so long as it is not involving any of these less tasteful topics mentioned.
• if any characters are redesigned, that is great! i love to see new takes on what i create. however, i ask that i am still credited as the original designer if any significant changes occur.
• if you intend to use my designs on a commercial scale (ie: for-profit streaming, merchandising, television, etc), please contact me first; an extra fee may be incurred for such uses, depending on its scale.
